Handmade Cotton Caps, Scrub Hats & Headwear

Every cap is cut and sewn here in our Cheltenham studio from washable cotton, and you choose the fabric. Pick from what's in the shop or bring us an idea and we'll make it up for you.

One little hat, lots of uses:

• Scrub caps and theatre hats for nurses, doctors, dentists, vets and carers. A splash of colour under hospital lights goes a long way.
• Soft headwear for hair loss. Gentle seams, no scratchy labels, made in a fabric you actually like. Whether it's chemotherapy, alopecia or any other reason, we'll make something comfortable that feels like you.
• Sleep caps to protect your hair overnight.
• Chef and kitchen caps that cope with a hot day and a hot wash.
• Under-helmet liners for cyclists and bikers.
• Sun protection for gardeners, walkers and anyone whose head catches the weather.
• Or just because you like a nice hat.

We still make washable cotton face masks to order as well.
