Shipping Locations
We currently ship to UK addresses only. If your location is not listed, please contact us for assistance.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
single fat quarters and half meters are shipped at £1.80
items up to 1kg are shipped at £3.50
items from 1kg to 2kg are shipped at £6.50
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery location.

Damaged or Lost Items

Courses
Courses are in person and cannot be shipped or downloaded
